Peter received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Master's of Public Health Administration from Tulane. I found the definitions to be of value (although I do not always agree with some of the nuances) and quality of contributors to be first-rate. Sure, there a some weaknesses. But, as this is to be the first of several editions, it is bound to grow in value with each printing.
